At UniqueShop.Pk, we always bring you the best products from hallmark brands to make you happy. Appreciating your loyal patronage, we offer exchange or return under set parameters. Simply follow the guidelines mentioned and we will try cater your request in no time at all. The adjustments will be made regardless of whether your purchase was international or domestic. You will have 3 days to file your return with solid reasoning after your product is delivered.

To take care of customers requiring an exchange or refund, we require them to follow are simple steps and requirements. To ensure a positive shopping experience we understand that the return policy is important to customers. We are always accommodating, having your best interest at heart, but if we identify through our Customer Services team or Electronic Analysis the existence of an unreasonable pattern, we may restrict or even refuse a customer from making any future transactions.

We only agree to return products that have quality issues, wrongly dispatched items or if not matching the description provided. UniqueShop.Pk also reserves the right to deny a particular return in the rare event a customer is taking advantage of our return policy.

Eligibility criteria on Product Return:

  • If not genuine or quality products.
  • In case of wrongly dispatched items.
  • If not match the description provided on website.
  • Items will be eligible for return within 3 days after the product has been received by the customer.
  • Items must be returned undamaged, unused, unwashed and unworn.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • If the purchased items have number-series it has to match with the item purchased.
  • If the purchased product comes with a gift, the gift item also needs to be returned.
