Refund and Returns Policy

Please contact us within 7 days if the product is damaged, defective, wrong, etc. at the time of delivery. Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. In other words, if the item was delivered to him on December 1st, he can return it until December 8th. Please note that we cannot accept returns if the product is “unnecessary”.

All items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unused, in original packaging, with seals and tags attached), with all accompanying accessories, manuals, and warranty cards. All items sent for return undergo a quality check first to ensure they are returned in their original condition. If the product is returned in unsatisfactory condition, we reserve the right to return it to you.

If your order has been delivered before cancellation, you may choose to cancel without receiving your package.

How are items returned?

Sale Items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

How long does the refund take?

 1-3 working days after quality check.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

What happens if my return request is not approved?

If your return request is not approved, we will let you know why. The product will be returned to you free of charges.
